1. Service and account

Artivale provides orders, products, materials, tools, a calendar, table imports and content preparation. An account with a valid email is needed. You are responsible for accurate account information and safeguarding access. Report suspected unauthorised access to the operator.

Artivale is browser-based software for managing a creative workspace. Payments purchase access to Artivale, not physical goods, classes or services sold by workspace users. Artivale does not use Paddle to collect payments from your customers. AI helps prepare drafts for your review; it does not automatically publish posts or promise social media engagement.

2. Plans and limits

The free plan includes the calendar, orders and customer records, products, materials, tools, stock alerts, spreadsheet imports, the idea library and saved drafts, with 100 MiB of file storage. Creator costs USD 9.99 per month and includes all Free features, 1 GiB of storage, unlimited order price calculations and AI assistance for around 30 posts per month with 10 edits per post. This AI volume is an estimate, not a guaranteed number: text length, photos and requests affect usage. AI features require active paid access and remaining usage. AI limits reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC, independently of the billing date; unused usage does not carry over.

3. Subscription and payments

Creator subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. Cancel renewal in Settings → Billing before the next payment; access continues until the end of the paid period. The checkout shows the total payable, applicable taxes and renewal details before you confirm. Purchases through Paddle Checkout are sold by Paddle as our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment collection, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment refunds. Artivale provides the software and product support. Sandbox checkouts are tests and do not charge real money.

4. Content and acceptable use

Uploaded content and business data remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s. The operator processes them to provide the service and for lawful purposes. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe rights, access another account, evade limits or disrupt the service.

5. Imports and artificial intelligence

Check column mappings before importing; AI can make mistakes. Google Sheets imports use a link you make accessible. Do not expose confidential sheets; restrict access again after importing. Generated content and calculations require human review and are not professional financial, legal or other advice.

6. Availability, responsibility and changes

Maintenance and failures may temporarily interrupt access. Rule violations may lead to restrictions with an explanation where permitted. Liability limits do not remove mandatory rights. Material changes are communicated before taking effect. Send requests to the operator using the details below.
